The invention relates to a method for gene expression in a cell-free transcription/translation system. The reaction solution contains all the components necessary for the transcription/translation mechanism:- amino acids, nucleotides and metabolic components which provide energy and which are necessary for the synthesis. The proteins arising during the translation are immobilised on a matrix. |
