abstract |
Ergogenic food compositions (a) having an ergogenic effect and containing aspartic acid as the active ingredient characterized by being to be taken in such an dose as to give an aspartic acid intake of at least 2 g/day in a human adult; and ergogenic food compositions (b) having an ergogenic effect and containing aspartic acid and at least one other amino acid such as glutamic acid as the active ingredients characterized in by being to be taken in such an dose as to give an aspartic acid intake of at least 1 g/day in a human adult and the intake of the other amino acid(s) such as glutamic acid of at least 1 g/day in a human adult. These food compositions make it possible to quickly recover from fatigue after exercises or jobs with much labor and thus facilitate training or working on the next day. |
