abstract The invention relates to an at least ternary ionic complex with a taste that is not unpleasant, comprising the following components: a) at least one unpleasant-tasting active ingredient, which carries at least one ionisable cationic group, b) at least one negatively charged polymer, which comprises at least one anionic group and c) at least one positively charged polymer, which comprises at least one cationic group. The taste of this complex is not unpleasant, whether said complex is in solution or during ingestion. The active ingredient is released by the action of the gastric and intestinal juices.
