titleOfInvention Method for integrated medical and sociological evaluation of public health
abstract The inventive method for integrated medical and sociological evaluation of public health taking into consideration age peculiarities consists in examining physiological, clinicobiochemical and immunological characteristics of a human being taking into account the living conditions thereof. The immunobiochemical examination consits of an obligatory definition of basic markers of health status with respect to the age: thyroxine and insuline are defined for a population of less than 18 years old; malonic anhydride and a ratio between T helpers and T suppressors are defined for the active working age; aldosterone, cortisone and triiodothyronine are defined for the retirement age; A Ig A, G and E level is defined for all ages. The social and economical status of a patient is also taken into consideration. Population groups are defined with respect to the adaptation level thereof to bio-social conditions on the basis of obtained data. The appropriate types and techniques of medical assistance are selected for each defined population group.
