titleOfInvention Method and use of the cytosolic nadp-dependent malate-decarboxylase isoenzyme for identifying a malignant process, and a suitable test kit
abstract The invention relates to a method for identifying a malignant process in the body and/or in the gastro-intestinal tract of humans or animals, in addition to a test kit for carrying out the inventive method for identifying cytosolic NADP-dependent malate-decarboxylase in human or animal bodily fluids or in human or animal stools. The invention also relates to monoclonal antibodies which specifically bind the cytosolic NADP-dependent malate-decarboxylase and do not cross react with any other malate-decarboxylase isoenzymes.
