abstract | The shears comprise a support (5) that is associated with a power takeoff (42) from a motor (43) and a cutting mouth (44) consisting of two jaws (3a, 3b), at least one of which is an active cutting jaw (3a) that is rotationally mounted on said support (5) and connected to the power takeoff (42) by means of a transmission (47) for the purpose of conducting a closing-opening movement relative to the other jaw (3b). The at least one active cutting jaw (3a) is fixed to a power transmission part (6a) that can rotate around a shaft (7) mounted in the support (5). Said power transmission part (6a) forms part of a lever arm (8a). A conical bevel gear section (9a) engaging with a conical bevel pinion (10) that is connected to a shaft (11) of said power takeoff (42) is arranged on the end of said lever arm. |
