The activity of an expression product of a gene which has been transferred into a living body can be regulated by the coexistence of a protein (interference substance) interfering the activity of the expression product. As the interference substance, use is made of a receptor for the expression product, etc. Thus, the excessive activity of an expression product of a gene which has been transferred by gene therapy can be regulated. The interference substance can be administered by expressing its gene in the living body. |
