A microwave dielectric porcelain composition, which comprises a main component represented by an empirical formula: CaTiO3-(1-x)REAlO3, wherein 0.54 ≤ x ≤ 0.82 and RE is selected from La, Nd and Sm and contains at least La; a microwave dielectric porcelain composition, which comprises a main component represented by an empirical formula: CaTiO3-(1-x)LnAlO3, wherein 0.54 ≤ x ≤ 0.82 and Ln is at least one element selected from among Y, La, Nd, Sm and the like, and Na in an amount of 0.02 to 0.5 parts by mass in terms of Na2O relative to 100 parts by mass of the main component; and a dielectric resonator comprising the above microwave dielectric porcelain composition. The microwave dielectric porcelain composition has excellent dielectric characteristics such as a high Qu, and the dielectric resonator has a high Qu even when it has a large body. |
