abstract The invention concerns compounds of general formula (I), wherein: U represents a chelating agent capable of fixing at least a radionuclide; B represents a group of formula (II); Y represents a member capable of being metabolised in the liver or in the kidneys; R represents NH, NHCS, NHCOCH2, or a NHCO-W-CO group; A represents a cycle, aromatic or not, optionally substituted; X represents N or CH; V1 and V2 represent CO, NH, NH-CO, or CO-NH; L1 and L2 represent a heteropeptide or peptide chaining, capable of specifically identifying specific antibodies. The invention also concerns the use of said compound or a complex between said compound and a radionuclide, for preparing a medicine for radiotherapy, diagnosis of pathologies such as cancers, for treating radioactive waste, or for assay or purification of radionuclides or metals.
