abstract The invention relates to novel substituted disiloxanes, the production thereof and the use thereof as biologically active compounds which greatly inhibit the efflux pump activity of malignant Mdr-tumor cells, the Pgp-resistance of parasitic cells, fungi and bacteria in the ng/ml range, do not act in a toxic manner in vivo even in higher concentrations thereof, are immediately effective after cell substance contact and improve the efficacy of cytostatics to a considerable extent.
