The prepolymers generate bases by the action of bases represented by the general formula (1): (1) wherein R1 and R2 are each hydrogen or methyl; R3 and R4 are substituents whose Hammett's sigma constants (sm) total +0.05; R5 is a divalent organic residue; R6 is an n-valent organic residue; and n is an integer of 2 to 4.
