A drug composition which comprises a compound represented by the general formula (I), wherein R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or represents an aryl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms optionally having a substituent, R?2 and R3¿ may be the same or different and each represent hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or R?2 and R3¿ may together form a ring having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, and R4 represents an aryl group, a cycloalkyl group or a lower alkyl group optionally substituted with an aromatic heterocyclic residue, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound, and a lipid. The drug composition is improved in stability, absobability and the transfer to a target tissue over a conventional composition containing no lipid added. |
