The invention relates to a method of treating a mammal chosen from the group consisting of man and horse, suffering from asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or allergic rhinitis, and whose condition requires such treatment, this method consisting in inhaling an effective dose of anti-asthma, anti-chronic bronchopneumopathy, or anti-allergic rhinitis, respectively of a compound chosen from the group consisting of tolterodine represented by formula (I)), hydroxytolterodine, and 2- (diisopropylamino ) ethyl-1-phenylcyclopentanecarboxylate, as well as pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. |
