The invention relates to a method for navigating during medical interventions in non-osseous tissue, whereby, prior to the intervention, static image data of the non-osseous material is recorded and stored, during the intervention, dynamic image data of the non-osseous material is recorded and stored and sub-structures are extracted from said image data. The position of at least one interesting partial region of the non-osseous material can be determined and given during the medical intervention, by means of a comparison of the substructure in the static image data with the substructure in the dynamic image data, whereby a very precise navigation is made possible. Said substructures are preferably vessels. According to the invention, the integration of the invention in medical procedures may be guaranteed, whereby the effective scope of medical instruments and the image field of the image producing sensors are kept in a relationship to each other. |
