The invention relates to a composition containing at least one solvent and at least one compound of general formula (I) wherein the radical R<1> represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, optionally substituted alkyl radical having less than 8 C atoms; the radical R<2> represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, optionally substituted alkoxy radical having 6 to 24 C atoms; and the radicals R<3> and R<4> independently represent a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, optionally substituted alkyl radical or alkoxy radical having 1 to 24 C atoms. The invention also relates to a metal surface which can be obtained by bonding the surface of a metal by means of the inventive composition. The invention further relates to a method for the surface treatment of metals using the inventive composition, and the use of the inventive composition for the surface treatment of metals. |
