abstract The invention relates to a roach repellent composition using δ-tetramethrin as active ingredient in a proportion ranging between 0.1 % and 0.6 % and acrylic polyvinylpyrrolidone resin in a proportion ranging between 1 % and 5 % . Some of the principal properties of said composition are its high degree of roach repellence and its persistent effect even after domestic washing of the surface on which the repellent has been applied.
