abstract The present invention relates to low molecular chromophore compounds applicable to any one of electroluminescent layer, hole transport layer or electron transport layer of electroluminescence display device. Low molecular chromophore compounds for electroluminescence display device of the present invention comprise carbazole (CVZ) as electron donor part and chromophore, and a stilbene group capable of controlling luminescence area. Furthermore, in order to enhance luminescence efficiency, low molecular chromophore compounds of the present invention may be used along with at least one dopant such as dicarbazolyl azobenzene (DCAB), fluorenyl diacetylene, perylene, carbazole and derivatives thereof, coumarine compounds and 4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-methyl-6-(1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulodinyl-9-enyl)-4H-pyran.
