Use of lipopeptides for immunotherapy of hiv-positive subjects |
abstract |
The invention concerns the use of lipopeptides for preparing a vaccine for controlling viral rebound in HIV-positive subjects undergoing anti-retroviral therapy exhibiting a viral load of not more than 10000 copies per ml of plasma and a rate of CD4+ not less than 300 cells per mm<3>, wherein the lipopeptides consist of a peptide chain of 7 to 100 amino acids comprising at least a CTL epitope of a HIV protein, covalently bound to a lipid chain comprising 8 to 20 carbon atoms. |
