The compacted material (i) a polyurethane elastomer produced in situ by the reaction of an isocyanate and polyol finished pre-polymer and (ii) rubber. The material can be obtained by means of a method that involves mixing, molding and pressing the raw materials. Said material having good mechanical properties and, optionally, fire-resistant, insulating, waterproofing and esthetic properties can be used in the fields of construction, decoration and engineering works. |
