titleOfInvention Method for logging on a mobile unit to a base station and base station for carrying out said method
abstract The invention relates to a method for logging on a mobile unit to a base station. The aim of the invention is to increase the protection from foreign mobile units (9) logging on to a DECT base station (1) without having a key of their own for switching the DECT base station (1) during a logon mode lasting a predetermined time during which a logon of a mobile unit (for example 9) is possible. To this end, the DECT base station (1) is only switched to the logon mode if the DECT base station (1) is supplied or resupplied with power while at the same time being cut off from a telecommunications network (2).
