Antithrombotic compositions containing an ionic complex composed of an organic cation mixture and heparin or a heparin derivative wherein the organic cation mixture is a mixture of at least two ammonium salts [provided that the case where the organic cation mixture is a mixture of didodecyldimethylammonium with at least one ammonium salt selected from among ammonium salts having four aliphatic groups, wherein these 2 aliphatic groups have 30 to 38 carbon atoms in total and 2 of the 4 aliphatic groups are each an alkyl group having 10 or more carbon atoms, is excluded]. These antithrombotic compositions can impart excellent antithrombotic properties lasting over a long period of time to medical instruments. |
