Electrolytic capacitor and electrolytic capacitor-use electrode foil used therefor |
abstract |
A solid electrolytic capacitor having a low ESR characteristic and an electrolytic capacitor-use electrode foil used therefor. An inclusion of a bonded material formed by bonding a water-soluble metal complex to phosphoric acid ions and a solvent mainly consisting of water in a capacitor element that uses an anode foil having a porosity after etching of up to 51% or a cathode foil having a porosity after etching of up to 44% can increase the conductive portion of an electrode foil and decrease the resistance portion of the electrode foil, whereby, coupled with a low-resistivity electrolyte, a solid electrolytic capacitor having a low ESR characteristic and a electrolytic capacitor-use electrode foil used therefor can be obtained. |
