abstract |
The present invention provides a method for certifying cells for use in cartilage regeneration, the method comprising collecting data indicating chondrocyte cell viability for use in cartilage regeneration and providing a certificate of chondrocyte cell viability including the collecting data. A kit for quality assurance including instructions for collecting data indicating chondroycte cell viability for use in cartilage regeneration and a certificate of chondrocyte cell viability is also included in the present invention. In addition, a method for determining the likelihood of cartilage regeneration by assessing percent apoptosis in a chondrocyte cell culture is also provided. |
