An expansion balloon can be used to extend said body toward an interior wall of said passage. This body may include an anchor which contacts the wall. The anchor may include an end located inside said body before extension of the body, and which extends away from said body during its extension. This body can include an opening which can receive part of the wall. Said part can be fixed to said body. The body can retract towards a central part of the passage, once the anchor is in contact with the wall. The wall can be pulled towards the central passage, and the diameter of the passage can be reduced. In some embodiments, a liner may be provided for passage.
