The invention is characterized in that the surface of a member, such as a ceramic raw sheet or ceramic green laminate, before firing is formed with an underlayer that burns out by firing. This underlayer improves the ink acceptability of the unfired ceramic member with respect to the ink of low viscosity, such as ink jet, preventing oozing, dripping, thickness irregularity or the like; therefore, it becomes possible to form a high precision pattern by means of ink jet. Further, this underlayer will be burnt out in the firing step existing somewhere in the production of electronic parts, so that it has no adverse effect on the reliability of electronic parts. |
