The invention relates to isolated nucleic acid molecules called 38650, 28472, 5495, 65507, 81588 or 14354 which code for a new adenosine deaminase, for a new glycoprotein or for new members of the family of receptors with seven transmembrane domains. The invention also relates to antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing nucleic acid molecules 38650, 28472, 5495, 65507, 81588 or 14354, host cells in which these expression vectors have been introduced, as well as non-human transgenic animals in which a gene 38650, 28472, 5495, 65507, 81588 or 14354 has been introduced or subjected to disruption. This invention further relates to proteins 38650, 28472, 5495, 65507, 81588 or 14354 isolated, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and antibodies to 38650, 28472, 5495, 65507, 81588 or 14354. The invention finally relates diagnostic methods using the compositions of the invention. |
