The invention relates to microcapsules with an average diameter ranging from 0.1 to 5 mm, comprising an envelope membrane and a matrix that contains at least one active substance. The inventive microcapsules are produced by (a1) producing a matrix from gelling agents, chitosans and active substances, and (a2) adding said matrix drop-wise to aqueous solutions of anionic polymers, selected from the group of the homopolymers and copolymers of the acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid, and thereby forming an envelope, or (b1) producing a matrix from gelling agents, anionic polymers, selected from the group of homopolymers and copolymers of the acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid, and active substances, and (b2) adding said matrix drop-wise to aqueous solutions of chitosans, thereby forming an envelope. |
