Triazaspiro[5.5]undecane derivatives represented by the general formula (I), quaternary ammonium salts thereof, N-oxides thereof, nontoxic salts thereof, and drugs containing the same as the active ingredient (wherein R1 represents a group of the formula (II) or (III); R2 represents alkyl, alkynyl, etc.; R?3 and R4¿ represent each H, optionally substituted alkyl, etc., or R?3 and R4¿ may form together a group of the formula (IV); and R5 represents H or alkyl. Because of inhibiting the effects of chemokine/chemokine receptor, the compounds represented by the general formula (I) are useful in preventing and/or treating various inflammatory diseases, asthma, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, allergic diseases, nephritis, nephropathy, hepatitis, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. |
