titleOfInvention | Trifunctional systems for chronic illnesses |
abstract | Trifunctional systems are used to diagnose and treat chronic illnesses. Said systems represent biologically functional units consisting of the following components: proteins, chemical active substances and biocompatible matrix substances. The biological application area of trifunctional systems comprises: an illness diagnosis of chronic processes by the release of previously tissue-bound test factors into biological solutions in place of a tissue biopsy, local and regional treatment using active substances in place of a systemic treatment and the filling of tissue defects with substances whose surface is bioactively coated, in each case in accordance with targeted applications of the trifunctional systems. |
