Method for producing recombinant proteins marked with at least one isotope |
abstract |
The invention concerns a method for producing recombinant proteins uniformly and entirely marked with at least an isotope, from cells or autotrophic and/or phototrophic recombinant micro-organisms. Said method consists in: culturing the cells or micro-organisms in a medium comprising at least a stable isotope, isolating said micro-organisms/cells, then in purifying the recombinant proteins from the micro-organisms, cells or culture medium. The cells/micro-organisms are cultured in aerobic, anaerobic or fermenting conditions; the aerobic culture being carried out in the presence of atmospheric CO2, the anaerobic and fermenting culture being carried out without atmospheric CO2. The anaerobic and fermenting cultures are carried out by adjusting the pH, the light source intensity and the duration of the continuous operation to said source. |
