abstract |
The invention relates to a method for capillary electrophoresis in free solution with alkaline an pH, for analysing biological samples comprising protein constituents. Said method is characterised in that it comprises at least one step whereby the sample is introduced into a capillary tube containing an analysis buffer. Said analysis buffer also comprises at least one additive capable of hydrophobic interaction with one or more protein constituents and capable of providing said protein constituent(s) with one or more negative charges and of altering the electrophoretic mobility thereof. The invention also relates to analysis buffer compositions for carrying out said method. |
