The invention relates to a method for producing acyl amino acids, according to which a mixture of at least one amino acid or the salt thereof and an alkali source is introduced into a reactor and said mixture is added to a polyisotopic element containing fatty acid halides of formula (I): R<1>COX, wherein R<1> represents an alkyl or alkenyl group with between 6 and 22 carbon atoms and X represents chlorine, bromine or iodine. The invention also relates to the resultant products and to the use thereof in cosmetic products and in detergents, dishwashing detergents and cleaning agents. |
