abstract The invention relates to medicine, specifically to cosmetics, in particular to the production of hand treatment lotions. The aim of the invention is to improve the medical, cosmetic and consumer characteristics of said lotions. The inventive lotion has an equilibrium composition, provides a softening, cleaning, protective and tonic action, and enables bioactive components to penetrate the skin in an effective manner without an irritant, allergic effect. Said lotion comprises glycerin, ethyl alcohol, sodium bicarbonate, bioactive components (in particular, plantain juice, and/or kalanchoe juice, and/or a liquid extract of eleutherococcus, and/or fresh lemon juice, and/or pantocrine, and/or aloe juice, and/or a hypericum infusion, and/or a calendula infusion, and/or fresh apple juice) and essential oils in a defined correlation. Because of its low allergenicity, the lotion can be used several times a day and if necessary, after each contact with water. Said lotion enables persons with a sensitive skin to preserve the delicacy of their hands and provides comfort therefor, protecting the skin against negative environmental effects.
