Method of assaying anti-ena antibody and assay kit |
abstract |
A novel method of assaying anti-ENA antibody which highly correlates to the conventional DID method and shows a high sensitivity. This method comprises forming a complex with an RNA, which is substantially the same as the RNA constituting ENA (extractable nuclear antigen), with a protein molecule, which is substantially the same as the intracellular non-histone soluble protein constituting ENA; reacting a specimen with this complex; and then detecting the reaction product thus formed. |
