abstract A ultra-thin absorbing sheet body comprising water-absorbent resin powder (3) bonded to one surface of a first nonwoven fabric (2) by a hot-melt adhesive so as to provide a water-absorbent resin powder existing area (2c) and water-absorbent resin powder non-existing areas (2a, 2b), wherein the water-absorbent resin powder non-existing area is present at width-direction opposite end portions (2a) of the ultra-thin absorbing sheet body, as well as at at least one location (2b) between the opposite end portions, the water-absorbent resin powder (3) is bonded to the first nonwoven fabric (2) by means of a first hot-melt adhesive layer (S1) formed on the upper side of the first nonwoven fabric (2) and on the under side of the resin powder (3) and by means of a second hot-melt adhesive layer (S2) formed so as to cover the upper sides of the resin powder existing area (2c) and the resin powder non-existing areas (2a, 2b), and the both of the first and second hot-melt adhesive layers (S1), (S2) are aggregates of linear hot-melt adhesives.
