abstract The invention discloses a new kind of polypeptide - HOMO uridylic acid kinase 13 and polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing said polypeptide by DNA recombinant methods. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as barrenness, cyesis pathology, brepho-dysplasia, dysgenopathy, some cancer and inherited disease, antagonist and the therapeutic use of the polypeptide is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said HOMO uridylic acid kinase 13.
