The invention relates to the use of one or more perfumed alcohol alkoxylates of the general formula (I) as solubilizing auxiliary agents in aqueous preparations that optionally contain surfactants. In said formula: R<1>O-[CH(R<2>)-CH(R<2'>)O-]n-R<3>, in which R<1> represents the perfumed alkyl group of a perfumed alcohol of the formula R<1>OH; R<2> and R<2'> independently of one another represent hydrogen or a CH3 group, whereby at least one of the groups R<2> and R<2'> represents hydrogen; R<3> represents hydrogen, an alkyl group with between 1 and 60 carbon atoms, a group (C=O)R<3'>, wherein R<3'> represents hydrogen or an alkyl group with between 1 and 60 carbon atoms, or represents R<1>; and n represents a whole number between 1 and 100. |
