A health data management system is provided. Specifically, the invention includes a system and method for collecting screening, diagnostic, and demographic data from clients, processing and analyzing health data from health risk assessments and screening tests, generating custom reports, maintaining health data, pre-populating data into user accessible personal health records and aggregate data for scientific research and clinical studies. The invention can be implemented in numerous ways, including as a system, a device, a method, or a computer readable medium. |
