A molecule transferring device has an electric power supply circuit (20) for supplying electric power, a step-up transformer (30) for outputting a high voltage when received power from the electric power supply circuit (20), a switching transistor (22) for generating a momentary high voltage by connecting and cutting off the supply of power to the step-up transformer (30), and a pair of electrode probe (50) for applying the momentary high voltage generated by the step-up transformer (30) to a predetermined portion in the human body. The gene placed outside a cell is vibrated by the momentary high voltage and transferred into the cell. |
