titleOfInvention | Human semaphorin zsmf-16 |
abstract | Semaphorin polypeptides, polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides, and related compositions and methods are disclosed. The polypeptide is expressed in breast cancer, and neuronal tissues. The polypeptides, and polynucleotides encoding them, may be used for detecting human chromosomal abnormalities and cancers. The polypeptides may be used within methods for detecting receptors that mediate neurite outgrowth, modulate cellular proliferation and/or differentiation, and immune response. The present invention also includes antibodies to the ZSMF-16 polypeptides and uses therefor. |
