abstract | A system by which users can communicate in various languages. A translating unit (300) translates, referring to a universal dictionary (200), a constituent element constituting an expression in a given natural language to a universal language element corresponding to the constituent element and entered in the universal dictionary (200). The translated universal language elements are connected according to the sequence, the translation rules (220), and the rule for expression in the binomial relation, thereby creating an expression in the universal language expressed in the binomial relation. |
