Aqueous coating compositions |
abstract |
The invention relates to aqueous coating compositions containing the following: A) 5.0 to 50.0 wt. % water-dispersible epoxide resins that are solid at 20 DEG C; B) 5.0 to 55.0 wt. % water-dilutable epoxide resin hardeners; C) 10.0 to 80.0 wt. % fillers; D) 0.1 to 5.0 wt. % wax-based open time extenders; E) 0.1 to 5.0 wt. % water; and G) 0 to 70 wt. % other additives and/or processing auxiliary agents, the sum of the weight percentages of components A) to G) being 100 wt. % and conversion products of bisphenol-A and/or bisphenol-F and epichlorohydrin being excluded from being components A). The inventive compositions are particularly suitable for use as compensating and insulating materials. |
