abstract |
The invention relates to methods of generating T cell from primate hematopoietic T cell progenitor cells in the presence of lymph node material and various cytokine cocktails. The mature T cells may be used to treat a variety of immunodeficiency disorders. Methods of generating genetically modified T cells are also discussed. Further, methods of determining effective T cell progenitor cell differentiation-promoting cocktails are discussed. |
