titleOfInvention Clean combustion of coal, utility of the concomitant product of the clean combustion and the product by using the concomitant product
abstract The present invention relates to a process for clean combustion of coal and production of concomitant product, as well as the method that makes use of the concomitant product. In particularly, the present invention relates to the process in which certain powder-blended material are added to coaldust and the obtained mixture is ground to form 'affinity particles', then the said particles are jetted into coaldust furnace and cyclone furnace to carry out 'affinity calcining' so as to produce vapor and high extra-value adjustable hydraulic flyash simultaneously; and the present invention also relates to the method fo reusing the said flyash and the product made from the said flyash. By using the process of present invention, the carbon content of flyash and the discharge of SO2, NO2, CO, CO2 of flue gas from coaldust furnace are lowered; air pollution is reduced; free calcium oxide, a deleterious material of powdered coal with high calcium content is removed; the flyash and slag which would be considered as waste are completely converted into high extravalue product material, thus all the concomitant product of combustion can be used. It can not only play great active role in environment protection, but also create considerable economic benefit.
