titleOfInvention Dna segments that are useful for selecting differentiated cell types and the applications thereof
abstract The DNA segment comprises: (i) the regions contributing to forming and stabilizing the transcription factor complex of a cell type which is specifically expressed in one differentiated cell type and (ii) a selection gene that is functionally connected so that it is expressed when the DNA segment is recognized and transcribed by the transcription factor complex of the specific gene. The AND segment can be used to obtain and select in vitro differentiated cell types from precursor cells. Cell and tissue banks for therapeutic or research purposes can be created with the cell types obtained.
