abstract |
It is desired to provide powdery inhalational preparations having little adhesion/aggregation properties in storage and excellent inhalational properties of the active ingredient. Powdery inhalational preparations wherein at least the active ingredient adheres to the surface of carrier grains comprising erythritol and/or trehalose. Powdery inhalational preparations wherein at least S-36496 and/or pralmorelin dihydrochloride adhere to the surface of carrier grains. Powdery inhalational preparations wherein at least the active ingredient and a surface modifying agent adhere to the surface of carrier grains. These powdery inhalational preparations are applicable to capsules to be used by using an inhalation device. In addition to the achievement of the above object, powdery inhalational preparations having an improved taste and relieved unpleasantness in the oral cavity or throat at the inhalation and a process for conveniently producing the same without resort to any troublesome steps are provided. |
