abstract A first device and a second device are connected through a predetermined bus line. Data, for example, for setting an input selection on the first device are indicated in a predetermined form of command format by the second device through the bus line, thus allowing remote control between the first and second devices. Data of an input selection on the first device can be transmitted to the second device, for example, to allow an input selection on the first device to be remote-controlled advantageously in response to an action on the second device.
