The present invention comprises Mycobacterium phlei-DNA (M-DNA) and M-DNA and a Mycobacterium phlei (M. phlei) cell wall, wherein the M-DNA is complexed with and presented on the M.-phlei cell wall (MCC), such that the M-DNA and the MCC are effective to disrupt mitochondrial function in cells. |
