A fluororesin composition capable of forming a film at low temperatures which comprises: a fluororesin which is soluble or dispersible in organic solvents and has at least one of the properties of having a fluorine content of 5 wt.% or higher, having a refractive index lower than 1.40, having a crystalline melting point of 100 to 180°C, being an amorphous polymer with a glass transition point of 70 to 250°C, having a cyclic structure, and comprising 10 to 50 mol% tetrafluoroethylene units, 0 to 50 mol% hexafluoropropylene units, and 90 to 10 mol% vinylidene fluoride units; an organometallic compound having a hydrolyzable group; and an organic solvent. The fluororesin composition is capable of forming a film at low temperatures (270°C or lower, preferably 180°C or lower) and gives a film whose surface can be easily hydrophilized. |
