Electrically conductive polymers capable of being covalently grafted on by light, method for obtaining same and uses as supports in probes for specific identification in electronic biosensors |
abstract |
The invention concerns inexpensive novel electrically conductive polymers capable of being covalently grafted on by light, whereon specific identification probes can easily be grafted having an optimal capacity for reacting with target analytes (DNA/cDNA, PNA/cPNA, enzyme/substrate, Antibody/Antigen). Said electrically conductive polymers capable of being covalently grafted on by light are, for example, poly(pyrrole-benzophenone), the benzophenone forming sites for light-induced covalent grafting. The invention also concerns monomers and oligomers constituting said novel electrically conductive polymers capable of being covalently grafted on. The invention further concerns the method for producing them and electronic biosensors comprising said electrically conductive polymer capable of being covalently grafted on by light and/or rendered capable of light-induced covalent grafting by probes for analysis of biomolecules. |
